Hi, I’m Alice!
I want to congratulate you on your decision to constant and never-ending improvement and education in your coaching business. I believe we are in a profession that can truly make a global difference through education and empowering individuals to their true potential.
So who am I? Well, I thought I’d share my story or my journey of how I have had the privilege to coach, to train and to inspire thousands of individuals to achieve their goals and their dreams.
I wish the same for you.
The Beginning
I had dream as a child to perform around the world, at the age of 21, I moved to Vienna and began my professional singing career. For the next 9 years I sang throughout Europe and the US until I followed my heart to Australia to marry the “love of my life” in 1995. Within a year I went from single woman to a mother of 3 little girls under 4 and to put it mildly, I was “shell-shocked”. I was thankfully blessed to marry an incredible man who has been abundantly supportive and loving from day one.
Over the following years, I opened a singing school, founded and conducted an award-winning children’s choir and began teaching voice at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. The school reputation grew, my students were winning auditions and recording contracts but the work load began taking a toll on my health and my young family. I knew it was time to make a change or lose it all. Advice from very close friends, I decided to attend my first personal development training course in 2000 to work on myself and maybe pick up some tools for my students.
First Steps
The first course turned into another and then another and then another. Until I was fully qualified as a Trainer of NLP, Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis, Matrix Therapies and a Master Success and Business Coach.
I was hooked! I started coaching students and then their parents and friends from my couch at home. The amazing results and the increased demand meant that I needed to look at where my career was really heading and where I could make the greatest difference . I opened my office and said good-bye to singing and teaching voice. Everyone thought I was crazy; what business did I have coaching or teaching outside of my expertise of Mozart and musical theatre!
The coaching industry was just beginning to take off and the truth was my courses had given me amazing tools, but I the reality was I was still an apprentice in regards to my business and mastery of certain coaching techniques. The coaching industry is about bringing individuals to higher levels of peak performance and we as coaches need to “walk the talk”. I was just crawling much less walking. I knew I needed a mentor who was a Master in the Art of Coaching and the coaching business and who was happy to share their wisdom abundantly without feeling they were giving away their “trade secrets”. I had to wait a very, very long time.
Coaching Success
I was busy coaching and figuring it out (often the hard and painful way). I had clients on a waiting list and new doors opening. I went from one-on-one personal coaching to elite/Olympic athletes to small businesses to corporate/executive coaching from small workshops to training thousands of people. You name it, I’ve coached it! The client results were amazing! Olympic Teams, World Champions, Australian National Titles, numerous Business Awards, Australian Dealerships of the Year (many brands), 200%-400% increase in sales, businesses sold for millions, 27 marriage proposals & countless couples “in love & passionate”…Lives Changed!

Then, I started getting calls from coaches asking me “how I built my business” and how I coach “such and such” a challenge. I was very flattered and I realized there was a complete gap between finishing coach training and become a Masterful Coach. I needed to assist in bridging that gap. Coaching is too powerful for any coach to spend years and years second guessing and hitting potholes thus Ask Alice Mentoring was born.
My True Passion
My passion for helping other coaches succeed is absolute. Ask Alice Mentoring is the platform for coaches to get mentored and to get guidance..
My career has been full of many outstanding triumphs, yet what fills me with the most pride is the achievements of coaches I have trained and mentored. Nothing makes me more proud or excited, than when I see them have a big breakthrough, share a success story that changed their client’s lives, and ultimately create a dream lifestyle for themselves and their families.
